Strong breeze to near gale conditions will be experienced over the Kalayaan group of islands as Tropical Depression (TD) Vicky continues to move west-northwestward to the West Philippine Sea (WPS) where it is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) Sunday.
