In his speech during the first flag-raising ceremony for 2020 at the City Hall on Monday, Mayor Bayron said it is necessary that this satellite city hall be made operational "as soon as possible".
City government services will soon be mor eaccesible to residents of eight barangays in the northeastern part of Puerto Princesa following the inauguration on Thursday of the first satellite hall building in the coastal village of Macarascas.
