Earlier in October, Puerto Princesa City SK Federation president Myka Mabelle Magbanua had already condemned the New People's Army (NPA) after different discussions with the military and former rebels.
Magbanua, reacting to allegations by a rebel returnee and from netizens on social media, said she has "no knowledge of youth recruitment" for the leftist movement through their organization.
