"Water source ang problem -- ang Port Barton river halos zero na ang supply. Yong Buhanginan river siya na lang ang nagsu-supply sa Port Barton -- 1-foot na lang sa wtp at 1-foot sa reservoir. Lumakas na ang supply nag-bypass ako ng ilog at umulan na rin pag-alis ko kanina sa Port Barton bukas medyo maganda na ang supply ng tubig,” sabi ni Andante.
The Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) granted the town a P38 million loan for the completion of two water systems: the BSFWS and the Bulalacao Water Plant (BWP).
