A shallow low-pressure area (LPA) monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) would bring scattered rains and cloudy skies over northern Luzon area, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

Weather specialist Ezra Bulquerin said Sunday, October 6, on live weather forecast that the LPA was recently located at east of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

“Sa kasalukuyan, yong low-pressure area na binabantayan natin, east ng Tuguegarao city, Cagayan ay nanatiling magdadala ng kaulapan at may makulimlim na panahon, at kalat-kalat na pag-ulan sa northern Luzon,” he said.

Meanwhile, the city of Puerto Princesa could experience a temperature ranging from 25 to 32 degrees Celsius for the day.
