is a Palaweño legislator representing the Pinoy Workers Party-list. He joined the House of Representatives in May 2026 after serving as commissioner-at-large of the National Youth Commission and as a director at the House. His legislative work focuses on workers’ rights, youth welfare, education, environmental protection, coastal livelihoods, and the West Philippine Sea.
