A person facing a complaint about violence against women and children was arrested Sunday afternoon in Brgy. Danawan, Magsaysay town.
The suspect was identified as Nilo Cayapas Rabang, a 55-year old married carpenter.
The Magsaysay Municipal Police Station conducted the arrest based on a warrant dated July 9, 2018, issued by Hon. Judge Arlene Guillen, assisting judge of Branch 50 of the Regional Trial Court in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
The judge recommended a P70,000 bail.
Rabang is now detained at the municipal police station.
