Two pilots were injured after their plane crashed off the shores of Nasugbu, Batangas on Saturday afternoon.

Reports reaching Palawan News said Capt. Armando Ducat and Capt. Eugene Avila suffered minor injuries when the Piper Aztec light aircraft they were piloting from Cuyo municipality crashed while en route to Sangley Point in Cavite.

Both pilots were brought to a nearby hospital for their injuries to be treated.

Initial investigation revealed that the aircraft suffered a problem in its fuel system that resulted in the accident.
