Fourteen tourists were injured in a vehicular accident on Monday along Kilometer 47 in Barangay Buenavista, north of Puerto Princesa City.

A spot report sent to Palawan News from the Puerto Princesa City Police Office (PPCPO) Station 2 said the accident happened after two vehicles collided in the area.

Involved were a Montero car driven by Charlesben Cacatian and a Toyota Hiace shuttle van that was driven by Reynaldo Francisco San Diego.

Those who were hurt were San Diego’s passengers. Cacatian also had passengers, but they were not reported hurt.

The victims, whose names were not made available by the PPCPO Station 2, sustained wounds on different parts of their bodies and were brought to the hospital.
