University president Dr. Ramon Docto said Wednesday their College of Teachers Education (CTE) is conducting a feasibility study on this. “Yong teachers na ma-train sila yong magiging teachers na magtuturo sa SPED, hinhintay ko yong College of Teachers’ Education na sila ang gagawa ng feasibility study. They will submit it to me and then I will take that up to the board,” Docto said.
