Town police chief P/Maj. Benigno Conde said Monday night that the elderly victim who was raped in the afternoon of July 2 in Barangay Sagpangan, Aborlan, was able to identify 42-year-old Joseph Omambang as the one who punched her on the ribs and sexually assaulted her.
