WESCOM Civil Military Operation (CMO) officer-in-charge Col. Otto Thomas Pacia said during the program launch at Barangay San Manuel they are looking for “kabayans” or individuals who would be willing to support the basic needs of the beneficiary family or the “kapwa”.
