Palawan Irrigation Management Office (IMO) division manager Engr. Conrado Cardenas, Jr. said they have already made 87 percent progress in the implementation of 26 irrigation projects in 2019 in the province, while after the bidding on March 27, the six irrigation projects will be implemented in April until December.
