Mayor Amy Alvarez ordered Saturday the Multi-agency Task Force San Vicente (MTFSV) headed by Orlando Estoya to step up its implementation of the lockdown in Port Barton and the whole municipality after the announcement regarding the COVID-19 positive patient on March 21.
