The activation of the airport was agreed upon during a meeting of the BCCL or Busuanga, Coron, Culion, and Linapacan (BCCL) District Health Board, mayors of the four towns, and the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).
Magbanua was referring to the inclusion of invited individuals among persons currently allowed to travel to Palawan apart from returning OFWs and stranded residents or LSIs.
