The Provincial Task Force-Ending Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC) on Friday handed a P50,000 reward to an informant reportedly responsible for the arrest of seven suspected New People's Army (NPA) leaders last week.
Seven persons who claimed to be human rights workers and volunteers have been arrested for illegal possession of firearms and explosives by police and military authorities conducting a checkpoint in Puerto Princesa City late Friday night along the national road in Barangay San Jose.
