The move followed the simultaneous distribution of free land titles in the island provinces of the MIMAROPA on September 27-28, 2019, when a total of 1,479 titles were awarded.
ROMBLON, Romblon, Sept 28 (PIA) -- The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) - Mimaropa, through its Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) in Romblon province distributed Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CLOA) to about 96 beneficiaries last week in cooperation with the provincial government and the Registry of Deeds thru DENR's 'Handog Titulo Program Para sa Mamamayan'.
