Dr. Alan Guintapan, municipal health officer (MHO), in a phone interview on Tuesday evening, confirmed the town’s first casualty, a COVID-19 patient who was transferred to the neighboring town’s medical facility, Culion Sanitarium and General Hospital (CSGH).
