The state-run Philippine News Agency (PNA) reported this Tuesday from an online media conference of Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Assistant Secretary Emmanuel “Manny” Caintic following the launching of the program that seeks to encourage growth in the countryside by providing more jobs in the IT-BPM sector in five years.
