Madel Espartero, spokesperson of Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) Puerto Princesa City, said that they are still awaiting approval of higher authorities as indicated by the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) advisory regarding the reopening of Puerto Princesa International Airport for commercial flights.
