Stata-run Philippine News Agency (PNA) said they make up the fourth batch of non-Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who journeyed back home this month after being stranded in Palawan since March 15 when the Luzon-wide ECQ was imposed by President Rodrigo Duterte.
