About a thousand families in Barangay Langogan in Puerto Princesa City received assistance from the office of Senator Erwin Tulfo on November 15.
Tulfo visited the residents affected by Tropical Storm Tino to see their situation and gave them rice, food, clothes, and other items they can use while trying to return to normal life after the storm.
He assured them that his office will continue to support his fellow Palaweños in the province.
The senator also inspected the condition of the North National Highway in Barangay Binduyan, where he saw damaged and uneven sections of the road used by motorists.
He later met with the Western Command led by Vice Admiral Alfonso Torre Jr., where he expressed support for the Armed Forces programs in Palawan, including improvements to their facilities and the WESCOM Hospital.
Tulfo also joined the anniversary celebration of Seminario de San Jose in Barangay Tiniguiban, where he once studied.
He said it was where he first learned the value of public service and thanked Hijos de San Jose Palawan Inc. for its continued service to the people of Palawan.
