NARRA, Palawan — The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) here is set to distribute personal hygiene kits to poor indigenous communities in Sitio Mariwara, Barangay Princess Urduja to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Kristalyn Somioag, SK councilor, told Palawan News the 300 to 400 kits they are preparing will include face masks, soap and other items for personal hygiene.

“Target na maibigay namin ito sa Sabado. Kahit papaano may magamit sila para makaiwas sa COVID-19. Nag effort po kami na mabigyan sila dahil di nila kayang bumili. Nasa 400 plus na facemask ang maibibigay namin sa kanila,” Somioag said.
