Puerto Princesa police personnel receive commendations

Police officers from the Puerto Princesa City Police Office (PPCPO) were recognized for their service and accomplishments during the Monday flag-raising ceremony held May 11 at the New City Hall in Barangay Tiniguiban, Puerto Princesa City.

The awarding ceremony highlighted the recognition of several PPCPO personnel who received Certificates of Commendation for their contributions to police operations and peace and order efforts in the city.

Among those honored were PCPT Justine Kenneth A. Dalion, PCPT Cyrus Ezra T. Taliman, and PLT Noel C. Fernandez.

The ceremony was attended by PCOL Dennis L. De Leon, acting city director of PPCPO, together with police personnel, city government employees, and officials led by Puerto Princesa City Mayor Lucilo R. Bayron.

Following the recognition of police personnel, the PPCPO also conducted a flower-giving activity for mothers working at the city hall in celebration of Mother’s Day.

The activity was conducted in partnership with the Alpha Phi Omega Fraternity and Sorority.

According to PPCPO, the gesture was meant to recognize the sacrifices and contributions of mothers balancing responsibilities at home and in public service.

The city police office said the activity reflects its continuing efforts to strengthen community relations while recognizing individuals contributing to public service and peace and order in Puerto Princesa City.
