PCSD alerts public to unauthorized person claiming to be Exec. Director Matta

The Palawan Council for Sustainable Development (PCSD) issued an advisory to the public on November 28 after receiving information that someone had been falsely presenting themselves as Executive Director Atty. Teodoro Matta.

The agency said it learned that an individual was allegedly impersonating and using the identity of its senior official.

Teodoro Jose S. Matta,” the PCSD said in an official statement.

The council added that Atty. Matta’s office can only be reached through its official email address, [email protected] and through 0970-302-8554 and (048) 433-1131.

The notice reminds the public that all official communication with the Executive Director must only go through the email and phone numbers listed on the advisory. Any transaction outside these official channels is not authorized and will not be recognized by the PCSD.

The agency stressed that it will not recognize any legal matters, agreements, or transactions that do not go through the official communication channels of Atty. Matta’s office.

“Ang Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff ay hindi mananagot para sa anumang hindi awtorisadong pakikipag-ugnayan o transaksiyon,” it said.
