To minimize brawling incidents among minors in Narra town, P/Maj. Carlito Valdez, officer-in-charge of the municipal police station in the town, vowed to strictly enforce the curfew hours for minors.

Valdez told Palawan News on Wednesday that he plans to lower the number of brawling incidents involving minors in the town.

Valdez also added that most of the brawling incident happens from 10 p.m. onwards.

He said they will start their patrols and full implementation of the curfew on Monday.

It will involve checkpoints, roving and patrolling of bars and areas where minors converge.

Minors caught during their operations will be brought to the station and guardians will be summoned to the station, he said.

Valdez said the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) is tasked to advise the minors.

The Narra Municipal Police Station (MPS) will also coordinate with the barangay officials in the implementation of the curfew ordinance, he said.
