Police authorities placed a Marines under their custody Monday night for drawing his gun against two civilians near a bar in Barangay Poblacion, Taytay.

He was identified in a regional police report as Pfc. Louie Nietes Geonanga, 27, a resident of Barangay Paglaum, serving under the Marine Battalion Landing Team 8.

Police Lt. Col. Socrates Faltado, spokesperson of the Police Regional Office (PRO) in MIMAROPA, said two complainants, Raymond delos Santos and Realia Dayap, claimed their lives were threatened by Geonanga around 2:30 a.m. on November 11 near the Apple Pen Bar.

Personnel of the 401st Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB) confiscated from him a caliber .45 pistol whose documents he cannot show.
