CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro – Governor Humerlito “Bonz” A. Dolor, announces that the Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOrM) has received the Notice of Compliance for its Local Public Transport Plan from the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).
Atty. Martin B. Delgra III, Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Chairman, Board Members Engr. Ronaldo Corpuz and Gen. Antonio Gardiola, Jr. (ret) and Col. Renwick K. Rutaquio, Regional Director of Regional Franchising and Regulatory Office (RFRO) Region IV has given the Notice of Compliance to Gov. Bonz on October 18 at the Bayleaf Hotel in Gen. Trias, Cavite.
The Local Public Transport Plan upon endorsement of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan will accord qualified organizations and cooperatives to secure franchises from the LTFRB. The LPTP is vital to address the transport issues in the province especially during holiday and Lenten seasons. (LC/PIAMimaropa)
