A resident of Kalye Pogi, Barangay Tiniguiban believed to be involved in drug peddling was arrested Monday evening in a buy-bust operation.
Ian Nuñez, 33, was arrested at the national highway in Tiniguiban, a spot report from the regional office of the police said.
Confiscated from him were a piece of a heat-sealed plastic sachet with suspected shabu and the P1,400 marked money.
P/Maj. Edgar Salazar, station commander of Station 2, said Nuñez was also previously arrested for selling illegal drugs.
The suspect will be facing a case for violating Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
