Tropical Depression (TD) Goring has exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the state weather agency said.

It left the PAR on Friday morning after downgrading into a low-pressure area (LPA).

Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) weather specialist Meno Mendoza said Saturday that there is no more weather disturbance that they are monitoring.

“Kagabi ay lumabas na ang binabantayang bagyo na si Goring. Ito ay lumabas ng PAR and at the same time ito ay isa na lang low-pressure area. Sa kasalukuyan wala na kahit anong sama ng panahon na binabantayan na nakakaapekto sa loob ng Philippine Area of Responsibility,” Mendoza said.

The southwest monsoon or habagat continuously prevails and affects some areas of Luzon where rains will be observed.

Puerto Princesa City may experience a temperature of 25 to 30 degree Celsius on Saturday.

Gale warning is still raised in thr northern seaboard of the country including Batanes, Calayan, Babuyan, Northern Coast of Cagayan and Ilocos Norte.

The sea conditions in these areas will be risky for fishermen to sail and the weather bureau advised them avoid those areas.
