The equipment are clean as well as the toilets.  There are also lockers for your stuff and valuables.

John Michael Deparita, owner of Fitness Camp, once wanted to have a fitness gym complete with equipment.

“It started when I was just going to other gyms, I thought there is always something missing. That’s when I told myself I will build my own gym,” Deparita narrates.

“I wanted to have other activities too like boxing, zumba, functional training, muay thai, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and weights training, so that’s what we’re doing here,” he added.

You don’t have to be a member to avail of their services but there are benefits to members like the use of hot and cold shower, special discounts and a Fitness Camp T-shirt.

Deparita is inviting everyone to try out their exercises and activities with their welcoming, professional staff who are trained to assist you on your fitness journey.

Coaching is also available if you want a more intensive take on trainings.

Fitness Camp is open Monday to Saturday 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M., and on Sundays, 6:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.

It is located at Junction 1, Barangay San Miguel, Puerto Princesa City.
