Ex-partners brought to barangay after early morning dispute

A woman went into a rage and destroyed several items inside a home in Barangay San Miguel, Puerto Princesa City, after her former live-in partner allegedly mentioned another woman’s name during sex.

The Puerto Princesa City Anti-Crime Task Force (ACTF) said in a Facebook post on “We R1 At Your Service” that the disturbance happened around 3:30 a.m. on July 19 along Fernandez Street.

A 911 call alerted that someone was causing trouble in the neighborhood.

When responders and Barangay Kagawad Nelson Baaco arrived at the scene, they found the woman confronting her ex-partner, who later told authorities she broke his things and made a scene.

The woman admitted she lost her temper because her ex slipped up and called her by another name while they were in bed.

Angered by the damage and embarrassment, the man decided to file a complaint at the barangay. ACTF personnel brought both of them to the Barangay San Miguel hall for proper settlement.
