The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Palawan, under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP), conducted an organizational development workshop for two agrarian reform beneficiary organizations (ARBOs) in Narra, benefiting 36 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs).
The workshop involved members of the Manaile Agrarian Reform Cooperative and the Bato Bato 7 Agrarian Reform Cooperative under ARC Narra.
DTI said the activity aimed to enhance the groups’ competencies in management and marketing to strengthen teamwork and improve the prioritization and implementation of their income-generating projects.
“Through this workshop, ARBOs gained improved competencies in management and marketing, enabling stronger teamwork and more effective prioritization and implementation of their income-generating projects,” DTI Palawan said.
The workshop was supported by the Department of Agrarian Reform Municipal Office (DARMO) Narra, with Municipal Agrarian Reform Officer Lilibeth F. Resuma in attendance.
DTI said the initiative forms part of ongoing efforts to support agrarian reform beneficiaries in developing sustainable and market-driven enterprises.
