Property developer Dataland Inc. has unveiled its “The MIREN Enclaves” condominium project in Puerto Princesa City which will have 184 units available in two years along BM Road in Barangay San Manuel.
The launching of the project on April 10 was attended by Governor Jose Alvarez at the Best Western Plus The Ivy Wall Hotel with real estate brokers, agents, and other businessmen.
Rouen Abel Raz, vice president for sales and marketing of Dataland Inc., said they decided to bring the condominium project to Palawan because of its economic growth and it is the “best island in the world.”
“We decided to construct this kind of project here in Palawan because this is one of the best islands in the world. Aside from that, you have a lot of facilities here and you have an increasing and growing economy because of the tourism activities that Palawan can offer,” Raz said.
Dataland Inc.’s residential and condominium projects revolve around the three As — accessibility, affordability, and aesthetics.
Among its projects are the two-tower 40-storey master-planned condominium called The Silk Residences in Sta. Mesa, Manila; The Olive Place in Barangay Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City; and modern midscale The Ivy Wall Hotel in Puerto Princesa City.
Raz said The MIREN Enclaves will have a fitness gym, clubhouse, playground, adult and kiddie pools, a pathway that would be landscaped to suit the city’s fondness for lush sceneries, and other amenities that would meet expectations for condo living.
He expressed confidence that though some developers have already started condo and residential projects ahead of Dataland Inc., their company will still be able to offer competitive prices as well as quality living to Palaweños.
“Before we became a real estate company, we are a construction company. So all our customers can be assured of quality work as far as our team is concerned. We also have a good value for money because we, being a developer, want to make sure that our prices are very competitive. And the synergy between the construction company and real estate company are in sync and allows us to really price the project competitively plus the quality that we provide.”
Raz said they expect to complete The MIREN Enclaves by 2021, but clients can already reserve for units as early as now.
