The local police has identified the two suspected “salvage victims” found early Sunday morning inside a tricycle at Kilometer 28 in Barangay Sta. Cruz as Henry Gazo Jr. and Ivan Ombion.
Both residents of Brgy. Sta. Monica, the two were found dead inside a tricycle bearing plate number BC 44173.
Their neck bore deep lacerated wounds as if they were hacked and their hands and feet were also tied together with a cord.
A spot report sent by P/Col. Socrates Faltado of the Police Regional Office (PRO) MIMAROPA said residents found the bodies around 5:45 a.m.
PRO MIMAROPA said follow-up investigation is now being conducted by the city police to find out why they would be killed.
