Cagayancillo man found dead at fish port

A boat captain from Cagayancillo was found dead floating in the waters near the fish port, in Barangay Matahimik, Monday morning.

P/Maj. Lorence Bataller, Station Commander of Puerto Princesa City Police Office Station 1 identified the man as Julito Lanoy Valmoria, 52 years old, captain of boat M/V Kenas.

According to Bataller, Valmoria was last seen sleeping outside the cabins by his assistant boat captain, Jonie, last Sunday.
