A 20-year old junk shop helper was arrested in El Nido on Friday after being on the run since October 2018 due to a rape case.
A report from Police Regional Office (PRO) MIMAROPA spokesperson PCol. Socrates Faltado identified the suspect aa Rodgie Elijay Revillas, a resident of Little Tondo, Brgy. Poblacion, Taytay. He was considered by the police as the 4th most wanted person in the municipality.
He was arrested on May 31 in Brgy. Villa Libertad, El Nido by joint personnel of the Taytay Municipal Police Station (MPS) and PIB of the Palawan Provincial Police Office (PPO) bases on a warrant issued by Judge Emmanuel Artazo of the family court in his town.
Revillas is now under the custody of the Taytay MPS for proper disposition.
No bail was recommended for the suspect.
