Maxim Rides and Food Delivery officially opened its office in Puerto Princesa City, strengthening its presence in Palawan and expanding on-the-ground support for its growing pool of driver-partners.
The opening, attended by more than 30 driver-partners along with guests and visitors, highlighted Maxim’s continued operations in the city and its focus on providing accessible assistance to drivers.
The company said the new office will allow driver-partners to address account and operational concerns in person and receive direct guidance from the local team.
“The presence of an office in the city offers advantages for our driver-partners, including the ability to address account or operational concerns in person and receive guidance directly from the local Maxim team,” said Ryan Lagan, head of Maxim Puerto Princesa.
“This setup helps simplify processes and improves overall coordination,” he added.
Maxim said it continues to offer delivery services in Puerto Princesa with competitive fares, with delivery rates starting at P50. Through the platform, driver-partners can earn using their own vehicles, while customers gain access to a convenient option for daily errands and deliveries.
The company said it is among the first ride-hailing platforms to establish a physical office in Puerto Princesa. The office is located at 210 SJD Center, Barangay San Pedro.
Maxim launched its services in the Philippines in 2020, starting in Cebu, and has since expanded to 19 other cities nationwide. The company is a licensed Transport Network Company authorized to pre-arrange passenger transport by car and has participated in pilot motorcycle taxi projects in Metro Manila and Cagayan de Oro.
Maxim said it continues to develop technologies aimed at making transport and delivery services more accessible and efficient, while improving mobility options for local communities.
