As we welcome the New Year, we pause to recognize what made the past year safer, stronger and more resilient province.
Through the sacrifices, dedication, and tireless service of the men and women of the PDRRMO and the entire LDRRMOs of the province together with the DRRM Auxiliarists, countless incidents were responded to, injuries and accidents were prevented, and even lives were saved.
Many of these successes happened quietly- without headlines—but the impact was profound for the communities we serve. These achievements were made possible not only by commitment on the ground, but also by strong leadership support.
With the guidance of Governor Amy Roa Alvarez, Vice Governor Onsoy Ola, and the Provincial Legislative as well as the municipal mayors and legislators, critical preparedness programs were put in place, properly funded, and continuously strengthened- allowing us to improve our systems, our readiness, and our response.
As we move forward into the New Year, we carry with us the lessons, discipline, and unity that define our work. The challenges ahead remains real, but so is our resolve- to make Palawan a Listo, Matatag at Panatag na Lalawigan.
Maraming salamat at mabuhay ang mga lingkod ng kaligtasan.
