SOFRONIO ESPAÑOLA, Palawan — An estimated 2,574 members of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) in this town have already received their payouts from the government as it continues to respond to their needs during the COVID-19 crisis.
Marieta Rafael, project development officer 2 team leader of the 4Ps in Sofronio Española, said each beneficiary received P3,650 from the amelioration program under the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act.
Only 32 beneficiaries remained unpaid, reportedly due to their failure to update their data or they may have transferred residence to other municipalities.
“Sila yong mga lumipat na ng lugar at hindi nagpaalam sa staff at hindi rin nag-file ng update, mga unlocated po sila,” Rafael told Palawan News Tuesday.
She said they can claim their Emergency Subsidy Payouts (ESPs) as long as they report to the office anytime before the liquidation of 4Ps this coming week.
