Some 55 vocational course scholars covered by a program of Rep. Gil Acosta Jr. completed a 28-day training course at the Puerto Princesa School of Arts and Trades (PPSAT).

Among the courses completed by the beneficiaries were Electrical Installation Maintenance and Tile Setting.

“Ang mga nagtapos ay mga Senior High Students mula sa San Rafael National High School. ito ay isa lang sa mga proyektong scholarship program na Vocational Courses ng ikatlong Distrito ng Palawan,” Acosta said in a statement.

Acosta said the scholarship program is one of the interventions being undertaken by his office. He added they are also offering Organic Hog raising NC II and tourism-related training.

He said all training is provided and accredited with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
