Three most wanted persons for rape were arrested Friday through intensified manhunt operations conducted by municipal police operatives in the town of Agutaya, northern Palawan, and in Barangay San Jose, Puerto Princesa City.
Arrested were Michael Anthony Abus, 23, was arrested in his residence at Lomboy Road in San Jose. He has been turned over to the custody of the San Vicente Municipal Police Station (MPS).
The other two arrested suspects were Arjun Mabigat Quilloy, 21, and Mark Jude Abus, 24. They were arrested in Barangay Algeciras, Agutaya.
The manhunt operation for their arrest, according to a spot report released by provincial Police Chief Insp. Ric Ramos, was by virtue of a warrant issued on November 14, 2018, by Judge Jose Bayani Usman of Branch 50 of the Palawan Regional Trial Court (RTC).
The manhunts were carried out by police operatives of the Agutaya and San Vicente MPS.
No bail was recommended for their temporary release.
