“It has been a persistent effort of the 2nd SOU PNP Maritime Group to protect our environment and especially mangroves, which are crucial homes for a wide range of marine species such as fish, shellfish, turtles, coral reefs, and birds. This is something we’ll do by heart because we want to ensure the future of our children by rebuilding our ecology,” ayon sa kanya.

“When it comes to carbon capture and storage, mangroves are significantly more efficient than terrestrial forests, making them a strong instrument in the fight against climate change. Because of this, we encourage everyone to participate in this important project of our unit,” dagdag ni Abenojar.
