A person wanted for murder was arrested Friday morning by municipal police operatives in Sitio Penagar, Brgy. Culasian, Rizal, southern Palawan.
A report at the Provincial Police Office (PPO) identified the suspect as Ricarte Andres Julian, 47, married, farmer and a resident of the same village.
The arrest was carried out based on a warrant issued on April 8, 2019, by Judge Ramon Chito Mendoza of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 165 in Brooke’s Point town.
The suspect is now detained at the Rizal Municipal Police Station (MPS).
