The spot report said Gimenez is among the eight individuals who are on the PDEA list.

The item purchased by an asset from him during the buy-bust was a piece of heat-sealed sachet with suspected shabu, 18 more during the search, the marked money, and several drug paraphernalia.

The spot report stated further that his arrest happened in front of the view deck along the national highway.

Gimenez is now under the custody of the El Nido MPS while a criminal complaint is being prepared against him for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
