The city government’s Anti-Crime Task Force (ACTF) and the Puerto Princesa City Police Office’s (PPCPO) Drug Enforcement Unit arrested in an entrapment operation on Thursday night a man for allegedly extorting money and soliciting sexual favors from a woman in Puerto Princesa City.
ACTF chief Richard Ligad said they arrested suspected Aidrian Paul Guintu around 9:00 p.m. in a lodging house in Barangay Bancao-Bancao where he was supposed to meet the victim.
Ligad said they arrested Guintu after someone reported to them that he was threatening to spread a sex video showing him with the victim if she will not give money and will not sleep with him again.

Magaling kasi itong mambola kaya napapaniwala niya ang biktima,” Ligad said.
Ligad said the woman had a tryst with the suspect for the first time on April 20, but Guintu contacted her again recently to allegedly sleep with her and extort P2,000 in exchange for deleting their sex video scandal.
In the video, Ligad said only the victim can be seen.
He said they also learned that the suspect is allegedly coerced the victim to use marijuana when they first met in a lodging house in the city.
They also believe this is not the first time Guintu threatened his victims because his mobile phone has more photos of naked women, and most of them appear to be students.
Nagulat ako dahil mga estudyante pa,” he added.
Previously, Guintu faced the same complaint from another woman in Barangay Bancao-Bancao, but the victim did not pursue the case because he allegedly threatened her.
Ligad said they also confiscated a marijuana sachet from Guintu.
