Police operatives arrested Monday afternoon a suspected drug peddler along Dacanay Road in Barangay San Manuel.

He was named in a report by Anti-Crime Task Force (ACTF) Richard Ligad as Dominic Nacion Diontoy, 28, a resident of Lomboy Road, Brgy. San Jose.

Diontoy was arrested after allegedly selling shabu to an undercover cop in a counter-narcotics operation.

The ACTF and the city police’s drug enforcement unit confiscated from him one sachet of suspected shabu and the P1,100 marked money.

Diontoy is now facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
