A person wanted for rape and sexual assault was arrested by authorities Friday afternoon in Barangay Sto. Niño, Araceli municipality.
The suspect was identified as Miguel Pantinople Aborot, 50 years old, married and a local resident.
Aborot was arrested by virtue of an arrest warrant dated April 8, 2019 issued by Judge Emmanuel Artazo of Branch 95 of the Regional Trial Court in Puerto Princesa City
A bail of P200,000 was recommended for his temporary liberty.
