SOFRONIO ESPAÑOLA, Palawan — The Palawan State University (PSU) college campus here has resumed classes, but only online for the purpose of completing the students’ academic requirements.

Sandra Manzul, director of PSU-Sofronio Española, said they began online classes on May 4 and will wrap up with final exams by May 30.

She said about 350 students enrolled in Bachelor of Elementary Education, BS in Agriculture, BSBA in Financial Management, and BS in Entrepreneur are taking part in their online classes.

Those who have no wifi access, she added, are receiving their lectures via text messaging.

“Alam kong mahirap ito pero need ng sacrifice ng mga estudyante para matapos lang itong problema na. Nasa online classes sila at magtatapos sa May 30 yong final exams nila. Pinag-aaralan natin kung online ba or ihahatid sa kanila,” she said.

Manzul said their grades will be available by June 10 after the final exam.
