The Puerto Princesa City Water District (PPCWD) is waiving its administrative fee, an amount of P1,430, for new applications for water connection until the end of August.
Jenn Rausa, PPCWD acting information officer, said their promotion is in line with their 43rd anniversary.
“Ini-invite natin ‘yong ating mga residente na as early as possible ay pumunta na dito sa ating opisina para mag-avail ng ating anniversary promo. Para ito sa lahat ng mga gustong magkaroon ng sariling koneksyon ng supply ng tubig. Ito po ay malaking discount na hopefully ay i-grab na ito ng ating mga residente,” Rausa said.
She said new applicants who avail of the promo will only need to pay for labor charges for them to have water connection.
Applicants only need to go to their office in Barangay Sta. Monica, she added.
She said the PPCWD os currently going house-to-house to accommodate applicants in Barangays Bahile, Macarascas, Napsan, and Binduyan.
The requirements for new applicants are two photocopies of valid IDs, proof of land ownership, labor charge, and P50 notarial fee.
The promo ends on August 23.
“I think hindi aabot ng August 31 since ‘yong remaining days ng August ay for mga pag-estimate ng mga gustong magpa-connect, ‘yong remaining days ay para sa pag-process. So hindi August 31 ka magsa-submit ng application,” Rausa said.
